If it’s a 4 hour day, $10 per mover is considered appropriate and you can go from there. If you have a lot of heavy furniture or a lot of stairs to go up you might want to consider adding to that total.

Don’t give a lump some to one person- Giving individualized tips shows that you recognize and appreciate each movers individual effort. Also sometimes if you give a lump some to just one person not everyone might get their fair share.
