  • Free Croquet Lessons: On Saturdays at 10:00AM the National Croquet Center will host free croquet lessons at their West Palm Beach facility. This is an outstanding opportunity for you and your family to develop a love of the game while learning how to plot moves, study some strategy, hit the ball and score wickets.   • The Right To Fight 5K: On October 25th from 6:00AM to 8:45AM at the Commons Park in Royal Palm Beach the Hugs and Kisses, Inc. will host the Right to Fight 5K Costume Run. The event is $25 in advance and $30 day of race. The Hugs and Kisses, Inc. is a wonderful Palm Beach County organization that offers financial assistance to local families whose fight with cancer has left them struggling to keep up with basic living expenses.   • Tee Up For Disabilities: On October 27th at Trump International in West Palm Beach the Tee Up For Disabilities Charity Golf Invitational will be held to benefit the Arc f Palm Beach County and Palm Beach Habilitation Center. The event is $500 for a single player or $1,800 for a team of four. This is billed to be a truly wonderful event and everyone is welcome to come enjoy a great time so for further information please contact them at (561) 842-3213.
  • Ballroom Dancing Classes: On Sunday’s at the Sultry Swing in West Palm Beach from 6:30PM to 7:00PM there will be a great ballroom dancing class sure to fulfill all your desires. Plus after the class from 7:00PM to 9:30PM you can enjoy a fabulous ballroom dance party with light appetizers, desserts, and beverages. The cost is only $25 for a couple and $15 per person.   • The Black Tie And Baggies Party: On November 15th at 7:00PM the Surfrider Foundation will be hosting their fabulous Black Tie and Baggies Party at the E.R Bradley’s in Lake Worth. The event is billed to be one not to miss and it will feature food, drinks, auctions, artwork, dancing, and even some fun for the kids.   • Lifeguard Training And Certification: There will be a wonderful lifeguard training and certification course held at the Lake Worth Casino Pool in Lake Worth. Attendees will be screened by a pre-requisite swim and object retrieval test to ensure potential participants can handle the course. The course costs $350 for basic certification and will be held on October 17th from 2:00PM to 5:00PM, October 18th and 19th from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, October 21st from 6:00PM to 8:00PM, and October 26th from 10:00AM to 5:00PM.
