PGA National is a golf club community that maintains qualities of privacy and prestige. PGA National has many subdivisions that offer varying styles for any type of home buyer. Within PGA, one of the subdivisions; Burwick, has sold four homes recently that ranged in price from $360,000 to $450,000 and ranged in year built from 1981 to 2004 with anywhere from 3 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 4 full baths and sometimes a half bath. Some of these homes were waterfront properties and all had atleast a 2 car garage.
